After spending more than 20 years at several leading investment banks as an M&A banker, I joined Edgemont to build my own coverage effort, focusing on sectors and companies that I am passionate about. I enjoy balancing my time between companies that are owned and led by their founders and those benefiting from institutional capital.
Although I started my career working at larger investment banks, I have spent the past 10 years at independent platforms. The independent firm environment fosters the development of closer and more meaningful client relationships. I have been fortunate to partner with and advise many smart, accomplished, and interesting leaders who have built innovative companies that advance the field of healthcare.
Over the years, I have advised founders, financial sponsors, and public and private companies on over $170 billion in more than 50 M&A transactions, including more than 15 transactions valued at over $1 billion.
